Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetery, Holland Lancaster Mk I HK663 A4-H Aircraft was damaged by flak over the target and crashed at Ysselsteyn, Limburg Holland. Sgt Kenny was killed by the flak hit on the aircraft prior to the order to bail out. He was found, still in his turret, at the crash site.
