49 Squadron (Cave Canem). Lancaster aircraft RF 153 missing from a night trip to Lutzkendorf, Germany. Flight Lieutenant J.N. McPhee, Flying Officer G.A. Robinson, and FS E.G. Richards were also killed. One Canadian, FS Corrigan, was either an Evader or was taken Prisoner of War, two of the crew, not Canadians, missing presumed killed. Addendum: FS. T.G. Dew (RAF) and Sgt. P.F. Ivett (RAF) were also killed.
