434 Bluenose Sqn (In Excelsis Vincimus) RAF Croft, Lancaster BX aircraft KB 850 WL-O was involved in a mid air collision with Lancaster III PB 402 LQ-M over Pfaffenhausen, Germany during a night trip to Zeitz, Germany to bomb the Braunkoll synthetic-oil plant.
