160 Burma Squadron (Api Soya Paragasamu). The crew of Liberator aircraft BZ 885 took off o an anti-sub patrol when the aircraft dived into the ground, shortly after take-off, at Sigeriya, Ceylon. WO.s Love, A.E. Ferguson, G.M. Stockwell, E.C. Currie, R.W. MacDonald, F/O. K.F. Perera, and two c the crew, not Canadians, were all killed in the crash, the fire and the explosion of the depth charges. addendum 2: F70. D.G. Davie (RAF), and FS. D.
