160 Squadron (Api Soya Paragasamu). Liberator aircraft missing. addendum 2: See page 372. Liberator aircraft BZ 868 was returning from a 22 hour flight laying mines off Burma when all four engines failed. The aircraft crash landed in heavy seas, F/O. J.D.A. Robertson and P/O, P.R. Arscoft (RAAF) were also killed. Two Canadians, F/0,s R.L. Freeman, C.M. Fisher, and three crew members, not Canadians, were taken Prisoners Of War.
