99 Squadron (Quisque Tenax). Two Liberator VI aircraft, KG 973 UX-O and EW 286 UX-H were in a mid-air collision off the southern Burmese coast in the Andaman Sea, near Tavoy Point, Burma. All 22 aircrew (11 per aircraft) were killed

They have no known graves and are all commemorated on the Singapore War Memorial
