35 Squadron' (Uno Animo Agimus). Halifax aircraft W 1117 missing over enemy territory. Five RAF members of the crew, Sergeants G.W. Brown, R.E. Gay, C.F. Goode, J.R. Jones, and S.H. Woolley were also killed. One other member of the crew, not Canadian, missing believed killed.
