103 Squadron (Noll Me Tangere). Lancaster aircraft ME 392 failed to return from a night trip to Chemnitz, Germany. Flying Officer G.W. Exel was also killed. Two Canadians, Flying Officer McKenna and FS Cooke, were Evaders. Three of the crew, not Canadians, missing believed killed.
