7 Squadron (Per Diem Per Noctum), Pathfinder Force. Stirling aircraft was shot down March 10, 1943. Warrant Officer Fox was one of twenty eight Prisoners of War killed by three of our Typhoon aircraft during a strafing attack while the POW's were on a march near Grasse, Germany. WOs R Douglas and WE Mackenzie were among those killed.
