Tring Road Cemetery, St. Michael Churchyard, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, England Aircraft took off from Little Horwood for an Evening Exercise. During the flight , the starboard engine caught fire and all effort to extinguish the flames failed At 1850 hrs, while attempting to make a forced landing the aircraft struck some trees at Beachampton Rectory near Buckingham, and crashed.
