It is signed by the late Bill Bryant RAF who was the navigator of that aircraft piloted by Bob Boorman RCAF. No. 1443 (Ferry Training) Flight, Royal Air Force, RAF Harwell: formed on 21 January 1942 from the Ferry Training Flight at Harwell (November 1941), an overseas ferry-training element of 15 OTU that matched a crew with its aircraft and flew local navigation and fuel-consumption practice before the aircraft was despatched overseas (Wellingtons); became No. 310 Ferry Training Unit on 30 April 1943 (Wikipedia, List of ferry units of the Royal Air Force; RAF Harwell).
