50 Squadron (From Defence To Attack). Lancaster aircraft ED 870 lost whilst engaged in a night operation, a raid against MaiIly Le Camp, France. Seven of the crew, not Canadians, missing believed killed. Addendum: Seven RAF members of the crew P/O. A. Handley, F/0. T.E. Archard, Sgt.s C.T. Brown, C. Whitelock, R.S. Garrod, D. Bisset, and G.E.
