51 Squadron (Swift And Sure). Halifax aircraft DT 721 lost over Holland during operations. Two of the crew, not Canadians were also killed. Four of the crew, not Canadians, missing believed killed. Addendum: Halifax aircraft DT 721 (MH-J) was shot down by a night-fighter over Holland. Sgt.s L.J. Hammond (RAAF) and J.A. Daragon (RAF) were also killed. Four RAF members of the crew were taken Prisoners Of War.
