115 Squadron (Despite The Elements), East Wretham, Kent, England. Wellington aircraft BJ 584 was shot down off the French Coast whilst engaged in a mine- laying operation. FS D.G. Harrison and three of the crew, not Canadians, were also killed. Addendum: FS. D.H. Harrison was not in this crew. FS. D.G.H. Johnson, Sgt.s. T. Gill (RAF), A. Morris (RAF), and T. Clarke D.F.M.
