103 Squadron (Noli Me Tangere). Lancaster aircraft W 4828 missing whilst engaged in night operations over enemy-held territory. Six RAF members of the crew, Sergeants G.W. Houliston, S. Moseley, A.M. Munn, Flight Lieutenant E.C. Lee-Brown, FS J.J. O'Brien D.F.M., and Pilot Officer J. Smart were also killed.
