Lockheed 10A aircraft 7841 was returning to Winnipeg carrying airmen who had ferried aircraft to various stations in Western Manitoba and encountered a snow storm. The aircraft crashed near MacGregor, Manitoba, Warrant Officer W.F. Field, Leading Aircraftman T.C. Bate, Flight Lieutenant W.J. Dyson, Sergeants J.L. Clark (RAF), H.M. Holland (RAF), and A.R. Lane (RAF) were also killed.
