57 Squadron (Corpus Non Animum Muto). Lancaster aircraft PB 384 lost while on a night mine-laying operation at Stettin, Germany. Sergeants J. Farnhill (RAF), C.A. Harris (RAF), and Flight Lieutenant S.L. Scutt (RAF) were also killed. Three others of the crew, not Canadians, missing believed killed.
