Addendum: Five RAF members of the crew, FS.s C.F. Plumb, F.T. West, A.W. Coote, A.E. Mulard D.F.M., and Sgt. V.de.V. Vickers were also killed. One RAF member of the crew was taken Prisoner Of War.
