142 Squadron (Determination). Wellington aircraft Z 1321 lost at night, presumed over the target, presumed enemy action. FS. W.M. Pipher, Sgt.s D.J. White (RAF), and R.H.J. Barrie (RAF) were also killed. Two other RAF members of the crew missing believed killed.
