142 Squadron (Determination). Wellington aircraft Z 1330 failed to return from operations, last known position was over the North Sea off Dogger Bank. FS R.B. Glover, Pilot Officer D.J. Clifford (RNZAF), Sergeants R.C. Mellings (RAF), and R.J. Kennedy (RAF) was also killed. One other RAF member of the crew missing believed killed.
