90 Squadron (Celer). Stirling aircraft BK 655 lost during a night trip to Bremen, Germany. Flying Officer A.E. Wyton, Sergeants D.G. Davies (RAF), G.A. Hayes (RAF), B. Thorpe (RAF), and Flight Lieutenant K.R. Yates (RAF) were also killed. One other member of the crew, not Canadian, missing believed killed.
