"A" Able flying through the Eiffel Tower? (although this event likely happened, this photograph is likely fake.) It is signed by the late Bill Bryant RAF who was the navigator of that aircraft piloted by Bob Boorman RCAF. The caption reads "This Stars Stripes photograph was taken on 14 September 1944 and shows a Mosquito Mk XIII of 409 Squadron RCAF. Crane was an American citizen who came to Toronto in 1917 to enlist in the RFC, 1917-12-19: to be RFC 2nd-Lieut. 1918-05-15: Crane died in SE5, D-3957, when he turned the aircraft while in formation and and ran into Lt Leonard John Cox (British) from underneath while breaking up the formation, Pewsey, Wiltshire, England.
