It is signed by the late Bill Bryant RAF who was the navigator of that aircraft piloted by Bob Boorman RCAF. 156 Squadron (We Light The Way). Wellington aircraft lost in the sea off Holland during operations. Sergeant L.H. Chessun (RAF), FSs A.M. Illingworth (RAF), and P.W. Rawcliffe (RAF), were also killed. One RAF member of the crew missing believed killed.
