114 Hong Kong Squadron (With Speed I Strike). Blenheim aircraft Z 7307 went down in the sea near Holland. Pilot Officer C.E. White (RAF) was also killed. One other RAF member of the crew missing believed killed. Addendum: P/O. W.G.F. Hawkins (RAF) was the other member of the crew killed. The crew were assigned to a night Intruder operation and were shot down in the sea near Holland.
