181 Squadron (Irruimus Vastatum). Flying Officer Pervin was flying Typhoon aircraft JP 800 and was making a rocket projectile and cannon attack on a concentration of enemy forces in the Geaven area of Holland when the aircraft was hit by flak. The Typhoon aircraft crashed near Eindhoven.
