Addendum: Wellington aircraft Z 8975 (LN-X) failed to return from bombing operations to Emden, Germany. Five RAF members of the crew Sgt.s G.A. Farrnery, J.0. Lobo, J. Morris, R. North, and AE. Nosworthy were also killed.
