75 New Zealand Squadron (Ake Ake Kia Kaha). Stirling aircraft EH 955 was shot down eleven miles southeast of Ribe, at Gram, Denmark whilst on a mine-laying operation. Flying Officer H.J. Murray (RNZAF), Sergeants H.C.M. Kahler (RAF), and P. WooIlam (RAF) were also also killed. Three of the crew, not Canadians, missing believed killed. These four airmen were all buried in the same collective grave.
