Listed as Canadian Engineers, but he was attached to the RFC. 1917-03-17: Morris died in BE2d, 6238; when it crumpled in mid-air near No. 10 Casualty Clearing Station, Remy Siding and completely wrecked on return from an artillery observation. His pilot, 1224 Sergeant Walter Edward Bastable (British) also died in the wreck. Memorial at Calvin United Church Cemetery, Pembroke, Renfrew County, Ontario, Canada
