250 Squadron (Close To The Sun). Pilot Officer McMaster was assigned to fly Kittyhawk aircraft AK 771 from an airstrip in the Middle East. He took off and did a left hand turn, the aircraft went into a spin at 100 feet and he was killed when the aircraft crashed.
