1918-03-28: Carroll and his gunner AGL G.E. Daffy (initials only, no forenames) (British) were missing from bombing Foucoucourt in France. Carroll died in the crash of his DH-4, Daffy was injured and taken POW. Daffy was repatriated 1918-12-11.
