52 Sqn (Sudore quam sanguine) Battle I K9398 ZE-N collided on a training flight with another 52 Sqn Battle and crashed, over Dorchester-on-Thames. Pilot Officer JR Anderson (RAF)(Can) and AC1 (AG) RAW Keogh (RAF) were both killed. The other aircraft, K9399, landed safely at RAF Benson, was repaired and returned to service.
