1918-01-11: Parish died of his injuries after his Brisfit, C-4610; stalled out of a side-slip, nose-dived, crashed, over-tuned and caught fire during fighting practice at Rendcomb. 2Lt Parrish Died of Injuries and Lt Arthur Vincent Collins his gunner, (British) was slightly injured and recovered. His body was repatriated for burial
