4 Repair Depot. Death caused by carbon monoxide intoxication. Cpl. Morneau was one of twelve airmen who had been working on carburetor heat modifications to Liberator aircraft. These airmen had worked night and day over a long period agreeing not to take any privileges until the job was completed.
