"A" Able flying through the Eiffel Tower? (although this event likely happened, this photograph is likely fake.) It is signed by the late Bill Bryant RAF who was the navigator of that aircraft piloted by Bob Boorman RCAF. The caption reads "This Stars Stripes photograph was taken on 14 September 1944 and shows a Mosquito Mk XIII of 409 Squadron RCAF. Pilot - W/O Bob Boorman RCAF Navigator F/S Bill Bryant RAF Flying through the Eiffel Tower."

No. 125 Wing, Royal Air Force, 2nd Tactical Air Force (No. 83 Group): No. 125 Airfield Headquarters formed on 24 June 1943 at Gravesend, moved to Newchurch (2 July 1943), Detling (12 October 1943) and Ford (4 May 1944) and became No. 125 (Fighter) Wing on 12 May 1944 (Wikipedia, No. 125 Expeditionary Air Wing). Re-formed on 1 April 1953 at Ahlhorn as a night-fighter wing (disbanded 1 September 1958).
