"A" Able flying through the Eiffel Tower? (although this event likely happened, this photograph is likely fake.) It is signed by the late Bill Bryant RAF who was the navigator of that aircraft piloted by Bob Boorman RCAF. The caption reads "This Stars Stripes photograph was taken on 14 September 1944 and shows a Mosquito Mk XIII of 409 Squadron RCAF. Pilot - W/O Bob Boorman RCAF Navigator F/S Bill Bryant RAF Flying through the Eiffel Tower."

126 Wing Headquarters. Sergeant Fraser was proceeding in a Jeep to Oss, Holland and was on the road between Oss and Heesch when he was shot and killed by a supposedly friendly Military Patrol.

No. 126 (RCAF) (Fighter) Wing, Royal Air Force, 2nd Tactical Air Force (No. 83 Group): formed on 12 May 1944 at Tangmere from No. 126 Airfield Headquarters (formed at Redhill on 4 July 1943), with Nos 401, 411, 412 Squadrons RCAF and later 442, 402, 416 and 443; to B.3 Ste Croix-sur-Mer on 16 June 1944 and then eastward (Heesch, Volkel, Rheine, Wunstorf, Fassberg) to B.74 Utersen, where it was disbanded on 31 March 1946 (Wikipedia, No. 126 Wing RAF).
