Death by natural causes (Gastric Hemorrhage) while in the Shaughnessy Hospital at Vancouver, British Columbia. His RCAF trade was Pigeon Loftman. He was employed at RCAF Station Coal Harbour at the time of his illness. He was a Non-Commissioned Officer in the 2nd Kent Battalion Reserve prior to enrolling in the RCAF.
