2 Air Navigation School, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Anson aircraft crashed. Sergeant Pawlowski had joined the RCAF in July of 1941 and was an airframe mechanic until he re-mustered to aircrew in 1943. He took took service flying training at 7 SFTS, MacLeod, Alberta and his brother, Flight Lieutenant Jospeh Pawlowski presented him his wings in March of 1944.

2 ANS (2 Air Navigation School)

Nos. 1 & 2 Air Navigation Schools offered four-week courses in astronavigation and were the last step for Air Observers.

The RAF schools, Nos. 31, 32, and 33, provided the same training as Air Observer Schools.

Unit was reformed in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island February 1944.
