It is signed by the late Bill Bryant RAF who was the navigator of that aircraft piloted by Bob Boorman RCAF. The caption reads "This Stars Stripes photograph was taken on 14 September 1944 and shows a Mosquito Mk XIII of 409 Squadron RCAF. 1917-09-22: Magor and his H.12 Flying Boat crew attacked and believed that they sank a German submarine identified as UB-32. This submarine was eventually sunk by another H.12 crew. 1918-04-25: Magor and crew were killed in combat on this date in a fight with 7 enemy aircraft. His H.12 aircraft caught fire from the incendiary bullets used and crashed in flames, in the sea
