Book of Remembrance lists him as Army. *L.S.* 1917-10-27: White died at 16 Squadron, RFC, France, as a result of a Thrombosis of a lateral sinus. A second source says he died at the Canadian Infantry Regimental Depot in Manitoba, but a hospital is not mentioned in either case.
