His RAeC Cert. No. 1721, 1915-09-03, was from the Curtiss School in Toronto, he had additional training at Portsmouth, Eastbourne, Calshott & Yarmouth bases before going on active service. He was stationed at HMS Lowestoft when the accident occurred. On 1916-02-15 Page was killed when he crashed in the English Channel during reasonably good weather, and was presumed to have drowned. His body was not recovered. The authorities don't think it could have been the aircraft that failed....
