Not recorded in the Cross of Sacrifice. On 1915-10-12 Flt Sub-Lt James Morrow Alexander (Canadian), flying a Caudron G.III trainer collided in mid-air with the Short S.38 of Flt. sub-Lt Macfie Keith-Johnston at RNAS Eastchurch. Both fliers were killed in the accident.
