Assigned initially to No. 2 Training Command stored reserve. Issued as of 4 Jan 1944 and served at No. 3 Bombing & Gunnery School, RCAF Station MacDonald, Manitoba. Struck off, after Category "A" damage on 7 Sep 1944. The pilot had to execute a forced landing after an engine failure 6.5 mi NE of the aerodrome. During the attempt, the a/c struck a road and wiped off the undercarriage and the ensuing crash demolished the a/c. The pilot escaped with minor injuries.1942-09-16 Taken on Strength 2019-08-20
