"A" Able flying through the Eiffel Tower? (although this event likely happened, this photograph is likely fake.) It is signed by the late Bill Bryant RAF who was the navigator of that aircraft piloted by Bob Boorman RCAF. The caption reads "This Stars Stripes photograph was taken on 14 September 1944 and shows a Mosquito Mk XIII of 409 Squadron RCAF. Pilot - W/O Bob Boorman RCAF Navigator F/S Bill Bryant RAF Flying through the Eiffel Tower."

1917-05-31: attached to 25Sqn, RFC. 1917-07-11: Kirk was OK in FE2d, A-6370; when he was attacked by 3 hostile aircraft on a line patrol and crashed near the front line trenches. His pilot, 2Lt Frederick Herbert Sargant (British) was injured. 1917-07-20: seconded to the RFC as a 2nd-Lieutenant. 1917-08-12: Kirby was OK in DH-4, A-7426;after a forced landing at 2Sqn overshot and crashed on sunken perimeter road after the engine lost power over the lines, on a line patrol. 2Lt D McLaurian Ok/Lt JH Kirk Ok
