1916-06-10: 2nd-Lieutenant, RFC. 1916-10-04: posted 23Sqn, France. 1916-12-24: Kellogg was wounded in FE2b, 7712; when attacked by five Halberstadt scouts & force-landed near Pozieres on a line patrol. His gunner, Lt. Isaac B. Jones, British, was also wounded. 1917-07-07: posted to19Sqn, France. 1917-07-31: Kellogg was missing in SPAD, B-3568; from a special mission East of Staden-Dadizeele. He was later reported a POW, repatriated 1918-12-14.
