His air-gunner, 2Lt Herbert Stuart Howard, (British) was also OK. 1918-11-11: Heintzman was OK in FK8, F-7482; when he ran into a fence near the aerodrome on landing from a contact patrolto Flaumont. 2Lt Howard was OK on this one too.

Lieutenant Howard Crichton Heintzman was cremated.
