1918-07-15: attached to 211Sqn 1918-08-08: Davidson missing in DH-9, B-7624; when the engine was hit over Bruges on bomb raid - fired green Very light and glided towards Holland. His air-gunner, 2Lt William Leslie Bing, British, was also missing. Both were interned in Holland and Davidson was repatriated 1918-11-12.
