1918-02-18: embarked with 79Sqn 1918-03-26: Coapman OK in Dolphin, C-3809; after force landing 1000 yards behind front line trenches near Ablainzevelle after the carbeurator froze while on offensive patrol. Aircraft burnt as it could not be saved. 1918-06-04: Coapman OK in Dolphin, C-3821 overturned in forced landing in crops 1ml from aerodrome after losing air pressure at 400ft after take off for offensive patrol.
