Milne was an American, who came to Canada to enlist in the RFC in 1917. 1918-01-21: Milne died in a Curtiss JN-4a in a collision in midair with JN4a, C-301. The other pilot was Cadet Donald Evan McMillan of 91CTS, who was also killed in the crash.
