1916-10-23: 2Lt Sisley was OK in 5857, BE2d; 10 Sqn, the aircraft was totally wrecked just outside aerodrome on return from artillery registration. His observer-gunner 2Lt Isidore Moses Harris (British) was injured. 1916-11-25: posted to 19 Sqn 1917-11-00: promoted to F.O. 1918-01-01: 44 Wing, 88CTS, North Toronto, 'A' Flt. Commander.

Sisley was Provost Marshall of the RCAF during WWII.
