1918-05-18: Pratt was injured in DH-6 (C-7246) when it stalled in a climbing turn at low altitude and nose-dived, spun and crashed. His passenger/observer Pte Cyril Albert Baker USAS, (American) was also injured. 119 was a day bomber squadron that never became operational and Pratt was carrying out routine practice flying. He took no further part in the war.
